Ahou Baz is an experienced broker and businesswoman with over twelve years of expertise in the real estate industry, specializing in green land and renewable energy.

She started her career as a real estate agent and has continuously specialized in green land. Ms. Baz focuses on identifying and marketing suitable properties for sustainable projects.

With its in-depth expertise in the evaluation and procurement of land, ideal for solar parks and other renewable energy projects, it actively supports forward-looking initiatives and makes a valuable contribution to the energy transition and the company.

Thanks to her extensive network and in-depth knowledge of renewable energies, Ahou Baz is a sought-after consultant for energy projects.

She also has extensive experience in project development and specialization, which makes her the ideal partner for innovative energy projects. In addition to her work in the real estate industry, Ahou Baz was the managing director of an insurance agency. In this role, she was able to demonstrate her leadership and entrepreneurial skills by managing the company and building significant client relationships.

Franz Schnorbach

Franz Schnorbach can look back on many years of experience in finance and banking. After completing his vocational training at Volksbank Rhein-Hunsrück-Nahe in 1975, he began his career as director of the Koblenz branch of Sparda-Bank Südwest.

From 1982 to 1989, Franz Schnorbach completed a vocationally integrated course of study at the ADG Business School in Montabaur.

From 2001 to 2007, Franz Schnorbach worked as a department director and head of the real estate center at Sparkasse Koblenz. This was followed by a position as asset manager at PEH Wertpapier AG in Oberursel from 2008 to 2011.

Franz Schnorbach then moved to Dexia Luxembourg, where he was responsible for the German Market division. He currently works as a sales partner for BIL Luxembourg in the area of financing support. BIL is a successor to Dexia Luxembourg.

Karl Assing

Karl Assing has more than three decades of experience in the insurance industry.

His professional career began with an apprenticeship as a retail salesman, followed by a period at Volksbank Stadtlohn after his time in the German army.

After successfully completing his examination as a bank clerk and studying at the Bank Academy, he moved to R+V Versicherung in 1991. There he worked for six years as organizational and branch manager of the company’s own insurance broker SECURON. He then worked for two years as a corporate customer advisor at INVERMA, a medium-sized broker for commercial and industrial business.

From 1999 to 2009, Karl Assing was Sales Director at CARDIF Versicherung, a subsidiary of BNP PARIBAS Bank, and played a key role in establishing the German branch. During this time, he successfully acquired banks, insurance companies and real estate companies as partners for CARDIF. His responsibilities included acquisition at decision-maker level as well as individual product development and technical and sales implementation.

He then spent two years as Sales Director for Bank Sales North/West at IDEAL Versicherung.

Karl Assing has been with what is now Freeyou Insurance since 2011, initially as a general representative and since 2012 as a member of the Management Board. Freeyou Insurance is a subsidiary of the DEVK insurance group. His tasks initially included the restructuring and strategic realignment of the company, and later also the successful implementation and consolidation of digitalization initiatives.

Thanks to his many years of experience and extensive expertise, Karl Assing has established himself as a highly respected manager in the insurance industry.

With more than twenty years of experience at a leading media group, Pascal Brückmann brings extensive expertise in the areas of journalism and publishing, business development, brand building, marketing, B2B sales, B2C sales and HR management.

In 2018, he founded Globista GmbH for the FUNKE Media Group and managed the subsidiary as Managing Director for five years. Under his leadership, the successful market launch and the transition to sustainable profitability were achieved.

Since 2023, Brückmann has dedicated himself to new challenges outside the corporate world and is now managing partner of the digital media company Gloobi GmbH & Co. The specialist publisher specializes in digital B2B communication for the tourism and care industries and operates a series of daily specialist newsletters for decision-makers in these industries.

Pascal Brückmann’s career is characterized by innovative thinking, successful business development and a deep passion for the media industry.

Jane Alexandra Korte

Jane Alexandra Korte is an experienced lawyer with extensive knowledge of governmental and entrepreneurial activities. She successfully completed her law studies at the universities of Göttingen and Düsseldorf and began her professional career at the state parents’ association of grammar schools in North Rhine-Westphalia in Düsseldorf. In this position, she championed the interests of parents of grammar school pupils and made a significant contribution to improving the educational landscape.

She then moved to the German Association of Cities in Cologne, where she further developed her legal skills and became involved in municipal administration and politics. Her work included advising and supporting cities on legal issues and developing strategies to improve urban infrastructure and administration.

After a career break, during which she devoted herself to raising her three children, Jane Alexandra Korte returned to the private sector. For the past two years, she has been the CEO of a public limited company in the hospitality and investment industry. In this management position, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, the management of investment projects and the further development of the catering businesses.

Jane Alexandra Korte has established herself as a competent and valued manager thanks to her wide-ranging experience and sound legal knowledge. Her ability to act successfully in both official and entrepreneurial contexts sets her apart. Jane Alexandra Korte always brings a strategic vision and a high level of commitment to her work, which makes her a valuable asset to any team.

Dr. Horst Friedrich

With over 30 years of professional experience, Dr. Horst Friedrich is a proven expert in the field of corporate finance and corporate transactions (mergers & acquisitions).

After studying economics in Germany and the USA, he worked for over 10 years in the Deutsche Bank Group in the areas of economic analysis, corporate finance and corporate finance for SMEs. At Bankhaus Metzler, he managed mergers & acquisitions transactions for over 3 years. During the financial crisis, Dr. Horst Friedrich worked with One Square Advisors on major financial restructuring transactions, after which he was one of the first BondM coaches with G&P for the issuance of SME bonds on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange. In 2019, he founded ADVISOS Corporate Finance Partnerschaftsgesellschaft with partners, which advises on corporate financing and company successions.

Dr. Michal Dallos

Dr. Michal Dallos, MBA is a corporate finance expert with many years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, M&A and management of direct investments.

After completing his studies in Austria, Dr. Dallos initially worked as a project manager and consultant in the field of renewable energies, focusing on project management and investment evaluation. In 2010, he moved to Nuremberg, where he was responsible for several direct investment funds of ERGO Direkt Versicherung (part of the Munich Re Group) in the area of infrastructure (renewable energies) throughout Germany. In this role, he was responsible for around €100 million AUM.
In 2019, he founded ADVISOS Corporate Finance Partnerschaftsgesellschaft together with partners, which successfully advises owner-managed companies in the German SME sector in the areas of corporate succession and corporate financing.

In addition to his work in the areas of M&A and financial advisory, Dr. Dallos supports young companies in the areas of corporate strategy, business model development and fundraising.

Dr. Dallos is married, has a daughter and lives in Frankfurt am Main.

Hans Urban

During his time as Head of the Solar Mounting Systems division and Deputy Managing Director of Schletter GmbH, Hans Urban already realized how much positive impact he could have through his work. The future topics of renewable energies, storage technology and electromobility are not only fascinating for him, but also essential for sustainable development.

With a degree in electrical engineering specializing in energy technology from the Technical University of Munich and many years of professional experience ranging from project and group management in the field of electrical railroad equipment at Schaltbau Munich to the management of a business unit at Schletter GmbH, Hans Urban has extensive professional qualifications. He has been working as a freelance consultant since 2017 and uses his expertise specifically to advance projects in the field of renewable energies and storage technology. He works with companies such as Schletter GmbH, MaxSolar and regional energy suppliers. His many years of practical experience in solar thermal energy, photovoltaics and energy management help him to develop and implement customized solutions.

In his role as a member of the advisory board, Hans Urban focuses on supporting innovative and sustainable projects and thus actively contributing to the energy transition. He has also been involved in local politics for over 20 years, as a local councillor, environmental officer and member of Agenda 21, in order to bring about sustainable change at a local level.

Knowledge transfer is an essential part of his work. For many years, Hans Urban has been giving lectures and moderating discussion events on topics such as climate change, renewable energies and electromobility. He attaches great importance to presenting the content in a neutral, technically sound and yet entertaining way.
